A 50% deposit is due when the order is placed.  Order cancellations made within 14 days will receive a refund on the deposit less a 5% processing fee.
Deposits are nonrefundable after 2 weeks.  Balance of order is payable at time of shipping.

 Orders are shipped via UPS, insured.  If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all the packaging.  We may request photographs to assist in determining extent of damage, and how to best resolve the issue.

Guarantee:  Frames are guaranteed against manufacturer damage or defects for 45 days from shipping date.
